The aim of this website is to ensure an open and accessible content system dedicated to the provision of quality information on the situation of human rights and good governance in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.  The content management system of this site is based on the editorial judgment of selected individuals and organization that have extensive knowledge of the subject. It primarily contains reports of those organizations supported by the NGO Development Center (hereinafter “NDC”) in addition to other, freely accessible documents.

 

The site uses a ‘deferred publishing’ approach wherein content that is suggested by users is reviewed prior to its acceptance on the site. Content submitted to www.humanrights.ps by users is subject to prior review by editors who determine its suitability. Editors may reject any content offered to the site if, in the editor’s opinion, it advocates violence, contains profanity, is inflammatory in nature, is not relevant to the subject of that section of the site, or is otherwise inappropriate.

The views expressed in content appearing on www.humanrights.ps are entirely those of the originators/authors, and should not be attributed in any manner to www.humanrights.ps, the NDC or its donors. All text, images, logos and information contained on www.humanrights.ps are the intellectual property of NDC unless otherwise registered and may not be used or reproduced without permission. NDC is not responsible for any errors in the material provided on the Web and shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any material found on this site.

The design, pictures, and logos used on Web sites directly managed by the NDC Webmaster may not be copied and used or posted by any other person or entity.
